The Gould family’s connection to Prince George’s County goes back to the 1950s, with business interests established here since the 1980s. Konterra Realty, working alongside Gould Property Company, has been developing Konterra from that foundation of long-standing community presence. Over decades, we have employed local people, engaged local leaders, and built the kind of genuine trust that only time and presence can cultivate. That trust has enabled us to advance one of the region’s most ambitious developments: 12 million square feet fully entitled, utilities already in the ground, mainline sewer constructed, and a commercial campus serving the site today.
